PRODUCTION

In order to control quality and to offer affordable prices, we have adopted a closed production cycle. This allows us to achieve shorter production times for both serial production and for custom-made products which require special design and detailed manufacturing.

Our workshop for furniture component processing is equipped with modern machinery for production of furniture, including a robotic four-axis centre running complex programmes.

We own a workshop where we dye furniture details using an innovative Spanish air removal system whereby we achieve optimal precision.

We have expanded our business by adding a new modern workshop for mineral tile processing. We bend and seamlessly paste the tiles together using a heating press and a membrane bending press.
The cycle is closed with the assembly unit and the warehousing premises for finished products.
